This page describes how we handle information provided through this website. It applies to inquiries and referrals submitted here. It is not a substitute for the confidentiality provisions of an active engagement.

Information we collect

We collect only what is required to assess fit: the situation described, general property location, occupancy and timing, decision authority, and contact details. The inquiry form also offers an optional section for additional context — existing vendors, prior attempts, access considerations, and any household notes you choose to share. Nothing in that optional section is required to submit. We do not request financial information, and sensitive household details are better discussed by voice after fit is confirmed.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to assess fit and to contact you using the method you specify. It is not sold, syndicated, or shared with marketing partners.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are retained only for as long as necessary to review fit or maintain the client relationship. On request, we will remove inquiry records that have not resulted in an engagement.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics limited to interaction counts. We do not transmit free-text inquiry contents or personal details to analytics providers.

This page is maintained by Residence Authority. Specific data handling controls, subprocessors, and retention terms applicable to an active engagement are confirmed during onboarding.
